"2005 Bush signs ban on military soliciting prostitutes"

He also signed a bill saying TORTURE IS JUST FINE...

>>>>>>>>>>>>Interestingly, hiring a prostitute (and related adultery issues) was never specifically outlawed in the military until 2006, when the Bush administration made changes to the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). Today, it's banned even if prostitution is legal in the country. Military personnel who patronize prostitutes can receive up to a year in jail, get a dishonorable discharge, and lose all pay and allowances.<<<<<<<<<

>>>.14 October 2005, when U.S. President George W. Bush signed Executive Order 13387, which amends the Manual for Courts-Martial to specifically enumerate "patronizing a prostitute" as a violation of Article 134 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). U.S. military personnel will have committed an offense if they "compelled, induced, enticed, or procured person to engage in an act of sexual intercourse in exchange for monetary or other compensation." The act must also be "wrongful" and be "to the prejudice of good order and discipline" of the armed forces or "bring discredit upon" them. A violation is punishable by "dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confinement for 1 year." <<<<<<<

Good grief! They can murder, torture, steal, and even rape. But PAY for sex............ OMG...

The sex scandle has burried the FACT our President declined to discuss ending the drug WAR and declined to discuss ending the CUBA embargo... Both very much wanted by our South American neighbors.
